Oraaly ships within the United States only.

Normal timeframes are:

Oraaly does not charge a cancellation fee for orders successfully cancelled before shipment.

17. Returns and refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Oraaly pays the shipping cost for approved returns and does not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection.

18. Warranty

Eligible products include a limited warranty of two to three years, depending on the model, manufacturer, and component.

Warranty coverage is subject to the product-specific terms and Oraaly’s Warranty Policy. Proof of purchase is required.
