Warranty Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
Oraaly sells authentic products sourced from authorized suppliers. Eligible products include a limited warranty lasting two to three years, depending on the product, model, component, and manufacturer.
This policy explains how warranty coverage works and how customers can submit a claim.
Warranty duration
The warranty period for an eligible product is generally two or three years from the original delivery date.
Because coverage varies by manufacturer and model, customers should review the warranty information displayed on the relevant product page or included with the product. When a manufacturer offers different coverage periods for individual components, the manufacturer’s specific warranty terms apply.
The warranty does not restart when a product is repaired or replaced unless required by law or expressly confirmed in writing.
Products covered
Warranty coverage applies only to:
-
Products purchased directly from oraaly.shop
-
The original purchaser
-
Products used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions
-
Defects in materials or workmanship occurring during the applicable warranty period
-
Products installed, assembled, operated, and maintained correctly
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Manufacturer warranty
Some products sold by Oraaly are covered directly by the manufacturer.
When manufacturer coverage applies, Oraaly may help the customer locate warranty information or submit the documentation required by the manufacturer. The manufacturer may determine whether the appropriate remedy is:
-
Replacement parts
-
Product repair
-
Product replacement
-
Another remedy specified in its warranty
Manufacturer warranties may contain additional conditions, limitations, registration requirements, or component-specific coverage periods.
What the warranty may cover
Subject to inspection and the applicable manufacturer’s terms, warranty coverage may include defects involving:
-
Manufacturing materials
-
Workmanship
-
Structural components
-
Burners or ignition components
-
Factory-installed mechanical components
-
Electrical components supplied with the product
-
Parts that fail during normal residential use
Coverage depends on the specific product and the cause of the reported problem.
Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Cosmetic changes that do not affect operation
-
Scratches, dents, fading, or discoloration after delivery
-
Rust, corrosion, oxidation, or environmental exposure not covered by the manufacturer
-
Improper assembly, installation, maintenance, or storage
-
Failure to follow operating or safety instructions
-
Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidental damage
-
Commercial use when the product is intended for residential use
-
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
-
Use of incompatible accessories, replacement parts, fuel, or power sources
-
Fire, flooding, severe weather, natural disasters, or power surges
-
Pest or animal damage
-
Damage during customer-arranged transportation
-
Lack of routine cleaning or maintenance
-
Consumable items that wear out through normal use
-
Problems caused by an incorrect gas, electrical, or fuel connection
This list does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
Cosmetic issues
Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect the product’s safe operation or intended function are generally not considered manufacturing defects.
Damage visible at delivery should be reported promptly under Oraaly’s Return and Refund Policy rather than treated as a later warranty claim.
Warranty claim procedure
To submit a warranty claim, email support@oraaly.shop and provide:
-
Full name
-
Order number
-
Product name and model
-
Serial number, when applicable
-
Delivery date
-
Detailed description of the problem
-
Date the problem began
-
Clear photographs or videos showing the issue

Oraaly or the manufacturer may request reasonable troubleshooting before approving a warranty claim.
This may include:
-
Additional photographs or videos
-
Confirmation of installation conditions
-
Testing specific controls or components
-
Reviewing maintenance history
-
Inspection by an authorized technician
-
Returning the affected part for evaluation
Customers should stop using a product if continued operation could be unsafe or cause additional damage.
Warranty remedies
After evaluating an approved claim, Oraaly or the manufacturer may provide one of the following remedies:
-
Technical assistance
-
Replacement component
-
Repair
-
Replacement product
-
Refund when another remedy is unavailable or legally required
The appropriate remedy depends on the nature of the defect, product availability, applicable manufacturer terms, and legal requirements.
Oraaly does not guarantee that every approved claim will result in a complete product replacement or refund when repair or replacement parts can reasonably resolve the issue.
Replacement parts
Warranty replacement parts may be new or functionally equivalent parts permitted by the manufacturer.
Customers may be required to install simple replacement components. If professional installation is reasonably necessary and covered by the applicable warranty, Oraaly or the manufacturer will provide further instructions.
Do not arrange paid repairs or purchase replacement parts without prior written authorization. Unauthorized expenses may not be reimbursed.
Shipping costs for approved claims
Oraaly or the manufacturer will cover reasonable standard shipping costs associated with an approved warranty remedy.
Oraaly does not reimburse expedited shipping, independent freight arrangements, installation services, diagnostic charges, or unauthorized repairs unless approved in writing beforehand.
Product replacement
If an identical replacement is unavailable, Oraaly or the manufacturer may offer a comparable product with similar specifications and value.
Customer approval will be requested before substituting a materially different model. Replacement availability may depend on current inventory and manufacturer supply.
Products damaged during delivery
Products that arrive damaged, incomplete, or incorrect should be reported promptly after delivery.
Delivery-related problems are handled under the Return and Refund Policy. Customers should keep the shipping carton, product packaging, and all included components while the claim is being reviewed.
Returns versus warranty claims
The standard return period is 30 days from delivery.
-
Eligible unwanted products may be returned under the Return and Refund Policy.
-
Damage discovered upon delivery should be reported as a delivery claim.
-
Manufacturing defects arising after the return period may qualify for warranty service.
A warranty does not extend the standard 30-day return period.
Transferability
Unless the manufacturer’s terms state otherwise, warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Proof of purchase
The customer’s Oraaly order confirmation or invoice serves as proof of purchase. Warranty service may be denied when the purchase cannot be verified.
Legal rights
This Warranty Policy provides specific contractual protections and does not exclude rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable federal or state consumer-protection laws.
